About Us
Sunny View is a secluded Caravan Park nestled perfectly on a beautiful sloping meadow in Powys, Mid-Wales. What feels like an exclusive escape from normal life entirely is in fact an ideally located patch of idyllic beauty. Situated just a short trip from famous castles, verdant hiking routes, picturesque historic towns and much more.
Our unrivalled views are accompanied by a limited number of plots. By limiting the number of holiday homes on our site our guests enjoy beautifully spacious living areas whilst remaining private. On-site we offer a variety of facilities to assist your relaxing getaway, including a pool room, book & DVD library, launderette, children’s play area and even a gym.

Guests find it easy to spend days on end without even leaving Sunny View. Steeped in stunning nature & wildlife, we ensure the park is always kept to the highest standard. Each plot has a generous amount of space & privacy with concrete bases, patio areas, piped gas & private parking.

Our Facilities
Sunny View takes pride in its excellent facilities. Take a break by selecting a classic novel from our extensive book collection, or get cosy for the night by picking out a movie. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while putting in a few miles on the treadmill in our light and airy on-site gym. What can I say an absolute gem of a site hidden away in the Severn Valley. The minute we first drove onto the site it took our breath away and keeps on doing so everytime we return. It really is stunningly beautiful with amazing views. The site is well planned out and cared for. Lee and Claire should be so proud of what they have achieved. We feel so privileged to be a part of this lovely, friendly very welcoming site. 😊

I absolutely love coming to Sunny View. Claire and Lee are always so welcoming and they work so hard to keep the park looking at it's best all year round. The people here are very friendly and always happy to stop for a chat. Our mission is to offer residents an affordable price for the highest standard of static caravan living, outstanding facilities and a beautifully tranquil setting. We hope to exceed your expectations in both affordability & quality. All site fees are due on the 1st of March of every year.
