The Willerby Castleton is a 2021 holiday home that is in beautiful condition. The Castleton is situated on a stunning plot on our new development, the plot is exceptionally spacious with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding welsh countryside.

As you enter the Castleton you do so into the contained hallway. There is a perfect little bench so when you enter you can take a seat and remove your outwear in comfort. The Hallway is closed of from the rest of the holiday home so if you have a pet you can towel off before going into the kitchen/lounge area.

From the hallway you walk into the kitchen dining area. The kitchen is a lovely U shape and has 8 cupboards for storage. There is a gas oven, grill and 4 ring hob with extractor fan above, integrated microwave and integrated fridge freezer. Opposite the kitchen is the very modern dining area with fixed dinette featuring USB charging point. Leading into the lounge,  The decor is fresh and welcoming with its contemporary design and is perfect to unwind with family at the end of a relaxing day. The Lounge benefits from an electric fire, side sliding patio doors and large corner sofa with ample seating space. The Castleon really is a perfect family holiday home with a very homely feel. The side patio doors and various windows allow lots of natural light to flood in whilst taking in the amazing views of the surrounding countryside whilst also allowing access to the decking where you can sit and enjoy the night skies of an evening.

The front of the holiday home is closed off with a door to the hallway which leads to the rear of the caravan where you will find a large twin bedroom, family bathroom with bath including shower above and master suite with ensuite toilet and shower.
